According to the latest survey conducted in October,2016 Nepal has been ranked in the 85th position in the list of the countries where the women gets the opportunities.
Nepalese women have been progressing quite faster since the Great People's Movement 2062/63. The first women President Bidya Devi Bhandari, The Head of the Constitutional Assembly Onsari Gharti and The Head of the Judiciary are the major examples of the highest position achieved by the women in Nepal.

There are more examples apart from this who have been working in higher position and performed their responsibility well. This is a great achievent for a progressing country like Nepal.
